The staff at Vivere Hotel was excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The General Manager herself was welcoming and provided a complimentary late check out for us. The room was clean and spacious, and we even received a room upgrade. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel also provided a kids play room and complimentary refreshments. The location was convenient, with easy access to Festival Mall.

The hotel also had a personal shuttle service around the area, which was very convenient. Our second stay at Vivere was wonderful. The staff made us feel like friends, not just guests. Special mentions to Gerry, Ms. Dolly, Erwin, Ralph, the Egg Station Chefs, housekeeping crew. The GM, Ms. Quiazon, was professional and friendly. We appreciate how they remembered our preferences. We will be back for New Year's Eve. Few 5-star hotels in Manila, but Vivere is comfortable and humble. Thank you!

The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including Filipino favorites like longanisa and tocino. The staff is courteous, friendly, and attentive. The lobby and rooms have nice interiors, and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to food and a shopping center. WiFi is fast.

The staff, especially Joyce and Kim, were friendly and helpful. The bell boys were professional and didn't expect tips. The hotel is conveniently located near Festival Mall and has easy access to the Skyway and SLEX. The wedding service, handled by Ms. Brigitte, was excellent and stress-free. The ambiance of the hotel is relaxing.

I recently stayed at Vivere Hotel for a few days while traveling in the South area. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and they even provided a free shuttle service for guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and The Nest restaurant on the 31st floor offered stunning views and delicious food. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool all night. I also had the chance to try out the hotel's spa, which was the best I've ever experienced. I was truly impressed and highly recommend this hotel.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable for a couple of reasons. the hotel upgraded our room to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was near a mall where we could find restaurants and other amenities. Lastly, we really appreciated the complimentary cake that was given to us to celebrate the holiday season.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. One major issue was the noise coming from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

As foreign tourists, we were impressed by the gorgeous and well-maintained hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms were spacious, air-conditioned, and beautifully decorated. The staff were professional and went out of their way to be helpful. We especially enjoyed the top floor restaurant with its delicious food, great drinks, and live band. The ambience was absolutely stunning. Additionally, we felt safe and secure in the quiet surrounding area.

We recently stayed at Vivere for a post-Valentine staycation. The lobby is fabulous and the hotel is conveniently located near everything, especially the Festival Mall. The staff at Vivere are truly magnificent - they made us feel like friends, not just hotel guests. The concierge service was superb, always going out of their way to be of service. The food, though a little pricey, was delicious and the restaurant had a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very accommodating and polite.
