Our stay at Watergate Boutique exceeded our expectations. The pool view from our room was delightful, and my son loved having direct access to the pool. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the fine details and amenities provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff seemed distrustful and asked for a large security deposit in cash. there were additional fees for basic amenities such as towels and tissues, which felt like an unnecessary and unwelcome surprise.

The location is convenient, with SM Mall just a short walk away if the weather is good. The hotel is also close to a function hall on the left side of the building. there are amenities just outside the hotel for easy access.

There were some negative incidents with the front desk staff, such as not returning a guest's credit card and forgetting to provide a packed breakfast. The management should train their morning front desk staff better to avoid such mistakes.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location in the center of the city, with a beautiful view of the river. We did have a negative experience during check-in with the front desk staff, who were not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the hotel staff.
