I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Cebu City. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, close to the Ayala shopping center and other major attractions. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and even though the pool was a bit small, the view from there made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and great location.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel near Ayala Center. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the staff were warm and considerate. We greatly appreciated being allowed to check in early due to our travel fatigue and having an infant with us. we had an excellent experience at Wellcome Hotel.

Had an awesome weekend with my fam! Breakfast on the rooftop was yummy and the live band was a nice vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. Got to enjoy the nearby restaurants. Bonus points for giving us a complimentary late check-out!

The pool was a bit murky so my daughter chose not to swim. Our fridge wasn't working but we didn't bother to ask for a repair, although the staff seemed quick on their feet to fulfill our requests.
