Nothing, it was perfect.

My recent stay at A & O was fantastic! The hotel was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We had a small issue with the housekeeping being pushy, but other than that, everything was great. The location was convenient and the price was affordable. I would definitely recommend this unique and affordable stay in the heart of Poland! I highly recommend this hotel.

There were no lockers available in the 6-bed room, which would have given me peace of mind about storing my belongings securely.

I recently stayed at A&O in Warsaw for a family trip that lasted a few days. The receptionist was very nice, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The price for our family room was reasonable, and the mattress was comfortable. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique feature of not needing to insert a card for electricity in the room. The electricity sockets also had a convenient lighting setting.

It is situated in a busy downtown district, which provided a vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with spacious apartments and a small balcony. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the vicinity, making it convenient for guests to grab a bite to eat or shop.

Some of the guests at the hostel can be noisy, especially in the evenings and early mornings, which can disrupt your sleep.

Great value for money with a convenient location near the metro station and only 3 stops from the center. The family room was clean and the staff provided friendly service.
