I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just off the main square, making it convenient to explore all the major sights in the old town. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the tea and coffee facilities, were a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, with cooked items made to order and a large selection served from 7 till 10.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the central area and all the xmas markets. It was a plus to have a tasty breakfast available every day and the free Wi-Fi was a great perk to have.

The noise from the nearby street and bars was quite disruptive, making it hard to get a restful night's sleep. the room had poor insulation and we were able to hear every sound from the surrounding rooms.

We had a wonderful time staying at Great Polonia Krakow Old Town. The hotel's location near the main square was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room we stayed in was large and clean, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. We also appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, and water in the breakfast room. Despite a few small inconveniences, such as a squeaky bed and limited breakfast choices, we were overall satisfied with our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.
