We had a fantastic stay at this new and clean apartment in an excellent location. the building was secure and welcoming, and the staff, especially Iga, were superb. They went above and beyond to assist us and even sent us helpful text messages to ensure a smooth check-in. the apartment itself was spacious with a separate bedroom, TV room, and well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the convenience of multiple language TV channels and fast internet. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the main train and bus station, a large shopping mall, and a short walk to the city center. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we return to this beautiful city!

What a perfect place to spend the New Year! the central location was spot on with plenty of shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. the apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern, perfect for all our needs. the kitchen was well equipped and made cooking meals a breeze.

The apartment had great facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

The location of the Angel City Center Aparthotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near a big shopping mall, a railway/bus station, and within walking distance to the city center. The well-equipped kitchen was also a bonus for a family stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk away from the main square. The hotel is also conveniently located near a bus stop that offers direct access to the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Additionally, there is a shopping mall and supermarket just 200m away, providing easy access to food and other amenities. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

While I had a pleasant stay overall, I did encounter a few minor issues. the parking was a bit difficult to find, although the attendant was helpful and accommodating.

We arrived at Angel City Center Aparthotel and easily collected the keys from the mailbox, just like the other guests mentioned. The location was perfect, close to the train station and a shopping center for all our needs. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and warm. We appreciated the amenities like the washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Krakow.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I have nothing bad to say! It's in a great location, right across from the mall and a short walk to the main square. The rooms are really nice and the pictures on their site don't do them justice. The rooms are warm and cozy, even in late October. I felt safe here with the security at reception and needing a key card to get in. The staff, especially Iga, were very helpful and even arranged a taxi for me. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to come back!

We loved the spacious and modern apartment, just a short walk to the main square. The hotel facilities were great, with a bus stop for the airport directly opposite the apartment block and a shopping mall with food outlets and a supermarket only 200m away. The location from the central train station was convenient, as it was accessed through the lower level of the shopping mall. Additionally, the hotel offered manned luggage storage and lockers at the train station, which was helpful for early check-outs or when our apartment wasn't ready.
