The hotel has a great location in a beautiful city with a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and clean with comfortable beds and crisp bedlinen. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant next door serves delicious meals and drinks, and the central location is perfect for exploring.

Spacious, clean room with beautiful decor. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main market square. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. I recently stayed at Aparthotel Grodzka 21 for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and tour pick up points. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was spotless and quiet. The breakfast served in the Ukrainian cafe next door was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The room itself was sumptuous and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious atmosphere. it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartments was ideal for exploring the city, as they were just off the main square and close to all the attractions. This made it convenient for us as two male backpackers to easily navigate around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The staff were helpful and provided us with lots of information. Breakfast was basic but pleasant.

The noise from the buzzing street at night could be a bit bothersome, but it was to be expected in such a vibrant location.

Helpful and friendly staff, particularly Piotr who provided excellent tips and information about tourist places and good restaurants. Delicious and varied breakfast served in the restaurant below the hotel.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Krakow, only 2 mins from the main square and a 5 min tram journey to Wawel hill. The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was modern and well-kept. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering to book trips for us and providing excellent communication. Breakfast was amazing and the included restaurant was a great addition.

The hotel's location was excellent - close to the main square, a restaurant next door, and a Ukrainian cafe where breakfast was served. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated with antique furniture, and the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to fulfill guests' wishes.

The stairs to the apartment were shabby and could use some decorating to match the reception area.

The hotel has a great location that makes it easy to get around and explore the area. the staff were super friendly and helpful in giving tips for nearby restaurants and things to do. the cozy room was clean with nice furniture. the bathroom was modern with a good shower. the buffet breakfast was great and the staff at the restaurant next door were also very friendly. the air conditioning was a real benefit when the weather was hot.

The instructions for getting the key were confusing and I had some issues with the staff at the neighboring hotel. There were some noise issues from the street, but it wasn't too bad.
