The location of the apartments was ideal for exploring the city, as they were just off the main square and close to all the attractions. This made it convenient for us as two male backpackers to easily navigate around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The staff were helpful and provided us with lots of information. Breakfast was basic but pleasant.

The noise from the buzzing street at night could be a bit bothersome, but it was to be expected in such a vibrant location.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Krakow, only 2 mins from the main square and a 5 min tram journey to Wawel hill. The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was modern and well-kept. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering to book trips for us and providing excellent communication. Breakfast was amazing and the included restaurant was a great addition.

The instructions for getting the key were confusing and I had some issues with the staff at the neighboring hotel. There were some noise issues from the street, but it wasn't too bad.
