This hotel is an oasis of luxury and comfort. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre is a haven of relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The live entertainment and massage services were unforgettable, and the Spa lounge is an ideal sanctuary for the mind and soul. The beauty treatments were top-notch, and the steam room provided a perfect detox. The plunge pool, Turkish bath, and infinity pool exceeded our expectations. The sun terrace and sun loungers were perfect for sunbathing, while the garden area provided a peaceful retreat. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were excellent, offering special diet menus. The dinner exceeded our expectations, and the private facilities made us feel pampered. The location advantages were fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

There was only one minor issue at this hotel. Although the service was excellent, the Pool with view was a bit shallow, and we expected a deeper end.

The hotel had excellent facilities such as a pool, hot tub, and sauna. The breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of options for every taste. The location was perfect, centrally located and close to many local attractions and amenities.

There seemed to be a language barrier between the staff and guests which made it difficult to communicate our needs effectively. Furthermore, the dinner experience was disappointing as we were misunderstood regarding the buffet option and ended up paying an unexpected and expensive fee for a limited menu.
