The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more comfortable. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place is pet-friendly, which is great for families traveling with their furry friends. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a sitting area where I could relax. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to travel around the city. the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff, especially Miss Joanna and Alexandra, are incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising my mom with a beautiful birthday cake. They provided excellent recommendations and made my mom feel comfortable. the hotel also accommodated my mom's mobility needs by assigning us a room near the lift. During my Christmas stay, two complementary facts were offered, and the key location made it easy to access nearby attractions. the hotel had very comfortable beds and provided a great sleep. the breakfast was superb, with a huge selection available. the helpful and friendly staff made my stay a great experience.

The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, and it was challenging to find parking for the car. the heating system was not good, as it smelled terrible, and there was fungus from the air-co system.

Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the TV remote not working and some issues with the wifi, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. During my recent stay at Q Hotel Plus, I experienced the unfortunate situation of the shower not working properly. Arriving late at night, all I wanted was a warm shower before resting. However, there was only cold water due to a plumbing issue. The hotel promptly sent a handyman to fix the problem, but unfortunately, it couldn't be resolved. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel made up for it by providing great customer service and addressing the issue promptly.
