Great location in the city center, with easy access to main roads. The 24-hour front desk and private parking were quite handy. Free bottled water and complimentary Wi-Fi were nice perks.

Who needs air conditioning when you can have a broken fan? And let's not forget the delightful shower full of limestone, grim, and mold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The free parking was a huge convenience for us. The location was excellent, as the hotel is situated just by the Piotrkowska street, the main street in the city. It was so convenient to be close to all the attractions and transportation options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home.

The coffee/tea in the lobby and the free parking on site were the only good things about this hotel. the location was great and we could easily explore the city.

This hotel is way too cramped and uncomfortable. the bedroom was tiny and there was no space to move around.

Comfortable and well-heated rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The staff members were friendly and spoke English fluently. The location was convenient and there was spacious parking available.
