We had a great experience staying at Boutique Hotel'S. the staff were excellent, always ready to help and very attentive. the rooms were comfortable and clean, especially considering the price. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. the fact that there was a kettle in the room was a nice touch, and we also appreciated the free warm beverages machine, especially during the cold weather outside.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The coffee and tea made up for the cold room and the problems with the bed. It’s great that they offer free hot drinks, especially during the colder months. the hotel had a really good price for what it offered, with great TV and a fantastic bathroom that had clearly been well-maintained.

The room was really cold, the bed not too great and the noise from adjacent rooms was pretty bothersome. the location was quite out of place, which didn’t make for a very pleasant atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to a shop and just a few tram stations away from the city center. The staff is helpful and attentive, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with the receptionists being praised for their professionalism.
