The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of. Basic amenities are available, including an Xbox in the rooms, which is a nice touch. Moreover, the breakfast offers a delicious spread of Polish specialties, ensuring a satisfying start to your day.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. The spacious and spotlessly clean rooms were perfect for our family of four. The hotel is decorated to a high standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The ski storage was very convenient for our rented equipment. Additionally, the staff handled a complaint we had about the slow service in the restaurant professionally. we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
