The soundproofing of the room was not great, which made it quite noisy when someone in the upstairs room was loud. I also had to climb a lot of stairs to get to my room as there was no lift.

I had an amazing stay at a well-organized hostel close to the main railway station and Galeria Krakowska. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and the 24-hour reception was incredibly helpful. They provided free tea and coffee, a luggage room for early check-ins, and even had individual plugs and light bulbs for each bed. The safety measures were impressive, with new passcodes for the dorm rooms every day and lockers big enough to fit all my belongings. I would definitely choose this hostel again when I return to the city.
