We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. We loved the convenience of the on-site parking, making it easy for us to explore the area. The restaurant was top-notch, serving delicious food that exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complementary water in our rooms, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort.

We highly recommend this hotel to friends seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. With its exquisite location, exceptional service, and quality amenities, it is the perfect destination for both business trips and spa holidays.

We had a fantastic time exploring the activities at Dolina Charlotty Resort&Spa during our business seminar. The zoo, horse ranch, and seal tank were not only entertaining but also educational. The hotel and surrounding buildings blended beautifully with the scenery. The pool, saunas, and Spa were out of this world, ranked in the top 10 most beautiful spas in Poland. It's a great choice for families with children due to the multitude of kid-friendly activities available. Our room was simple and cozy, providing a calm environment.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, with lovely views and plenty of space for walks. One guest even mentioned that they were able to bring their dog without any issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a good choice for breakfast.

The noise insulation in the rooms was also poor, allowing for conversations and everyday noises from neighboring rooms to be heard.

Beautiful scenery in the surroundings and the spacious pool. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is great for outdoor enthusiasts, with many hiking trails in the area.

Poor Wi-Fi connection and the rooms are quite noisy. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the sound insulation. The food was expensive and lacked flavor, making it not worth the cost. won't be returning.
