We had a comfortable check-in at 7 PM and were promptly given room 804 on the top floor. Although there was an unpleasant sound coming from behind the wall, the reception lady kindly came to investigate and immediately arranged for us to move to a new room. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast selection was delicious with various options. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the city center, tram and bus station, and only 10 minutes away from the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, ensuring a cozy stay. we had a pleasant experience at Focus Hotel Premium in Bydgoszcz.

Annoying high frequency sound in the initial room that had to be changed at midnight, although the receptionist was helpful, and we were relocated quickly. Misplaced item during cleaning that never resurfaced and reception staff wasn't helpful, lacking any lost and found protocol.
