The location is absolutely amazing, just a short walk to the center and AGH. The 24/7 reception staff were simply outstanding, always ready to help. Our double room with toilet was impeccably clean and spacious for the price. The free breakfast had a variety of options like bread, cheese, ham, sausage, egg salad. Plus, the open kitchen with tea and coffee was a treat. They even had a small play area for kids and a playground nearby. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk when we couldn't check in early. And to top it off, the prompt resolution of any issues, like the occasional WIFI hiccup at the reception, shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. All in all, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff went above and beyond to solve any issues I had, like when my room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. They quickly resolved the problem and made sure I was comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious with unlimited eggs, bread, cheeses, and cereals. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had reliable hot water. The WiFi was fast and never had any interruptions. I highly recommend this hostel for its great value and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with the historical center just a few bus stops away. The bus stop itself was only a two-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, there was a beautiful park with a playground right behind the bus stop, perfect for some relaxation. We also discovered a museum in the same building, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel provided coffee and tea at any time, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and spoke basic English, always ready to assist with any queries or help us book tours or taxis. The 24-hour reception gave us a sense of security and comfort.

No air conditioning in the room, which can be uncomfortable on hot days. The hotel lacked room service and some aspects of cleanliness were lacking, such as stained bed sheets and an uncleaned table.

It was truly a triumph to see that an ex-Gestapo HQ has been transformed into a home for pleasure-seeking travelers from around the world. During my stay, I was fortunate enough to witness a moving memorial service for the victims of the Nazis. Lest we forget.

The water pressure and temperature were great, and there were plenty of power sockets. The museum on the lower floor was a bonus, and the lift made navigating the fourth floor a breeze. The breakfast, although not filling, was a nice touch. The hostel was conveniently located near tram stops and markets. The private room and bed were cozy, and the fact that breakfast was included was a plus.
