The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Krakow.

grand ascot was a delightful surprise in krakow, surpassing my previous stays. great location, friendly staff, and impeccable cleanliness. the room was spacious and even had a heated floor in the bathroom. breakfast was simple but satisfying. definitely exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk to the nearest tram stop and a short walk to the main square with all the lovely restaurants and bars. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and always willing to offer advice about the city. the breakfast had plenty of variety, including cooked breakfast, cereals, hams, salmon, fresh fruit, yoghurts and pastries – it was absolutely delicious! What’s more, the hotel even offered a complimentary packed lunch for our early start – such a lovely touch!

Our room faced a construction site which made sleeping in a little difficult - it was quite noisy during the day. while the room was lovely and clean, there were not enough toiletries provided, which was a bit of a disappointment.
