The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our weekend stay a pleasant experience. the location was great, surrounded by beautiful sights and just a short drive away from the city. the food at breakfast and on the a-la carte menu was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The toilet facilities in the suite lacked privacy as there was no door, which was a questionable design choice. there were some noise disturbances during the night in the rooms we booked, which made it difficult to have a peaceful sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in front of a small lake on a public park was absolutely stunning. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the sitting area and terrace provided the perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we cannot wait to return for another relaxing getaway.

The Grand Park Hotel in Szczecin is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The beautiful setting in the park creates a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The hotel exudes classy, discrete luxury. The customer service from reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff was excellent, with polite, professional. The Presidential Suite was exceptional, with a spectacular bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The breakfast buffet had a delicious and extensive choice available.

The hotel was located near a beautiful park and the architecture was impressive. the spa and breakfast were nice with a decent selection. the staff was helpful.

No kingsize beds were available in the standard rooms, and the mattresses that were used were too soft and put together poorly. there was no lounge area with comfortable seating to relax.
