Additionally, the hotel offered a paid shuttle service, which was extremely helpful. The service at the hotel was top-notch, especially from the managers who were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Christmas stay in Krakow was enjoyable. Staff offered complementary fruits and birthday celebration card was a nice touch. Close proximity to public transportation and attractions was also great.

Staff were not very accommodating when it came to our room not having enough towels. We had to ask multiple times for additional towels and were only given one more despite having four guests in the room.

As longer term business travelers, we were pleased with the comfortable beds, clean and modern rooms, and the excellent customer care provided by the staff. The bathroom was clean and equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the power shower was refreshing. The in-room amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and drinking water, were convenient. Plus, the hotel's location offered a stunning view of the surrounding area.
