The breakfast options are good, with attentive staff clearing up promptly. The fitness room is an added advantage, and the lifts are efficient.

The room can feel a bit hot, even in winter, despite efforts to cool it down.

We had a great experience at a hotel in a newly developed area next to the old town. The location was perfect, with a pedestrian bridge taking us to historical buildings. The hotel had an alley of new restaurants and bars nearby. Our family room had a corner view of the river and ferris wheel, with high-quality interiors and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom had a full bath with heated floors and a mirror. The sound insulation was good, and the breakfast selection was decent with local extras. it was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn in Gdansk was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a beautiful view from the window. The room was new and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated air conditioning panel and occasional noise from outside, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We spent New Year's in a hotel located at the heart of a charming old town with plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner. the hotel was modern and clean, and our room had a fantastic view of the river and the city. the beds were very comfortable, and we were provided with complimentary bottles of water and toiletries, which was a nice touch.

The WiFi was weak and it was difficult to get a good connection. the garage was apparently too small, and we were unable to park in it, despite it being the middle of the week.
