One of the highlights for me was the cigar lounge - it was the first time I had ever smoked a cigar and it was an excellent experience. the room we stayed in had a strange layout, with the sitting area couch facing the bathroom, which was not very practical or comfortable. Another issue we encountered was the constant failure of the room entrance card, forcing us to trek down two flights of stairs multiple times to get a new one.
