The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the main square. It is close to everything and allows for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, making sure guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered is varied and delicious, providing something for everyone's taste.

The breakfast provided a great variety of dishes to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

Over Easter we stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. We particularly liked the fact that they left complementary water bottles and toiletries in our room every day, which was a lovely touch. the central location also made it so easy to explore the city, with all the main sights just a short walk away. the breakfast selection was impressive, with lots of fresh fruit and pastries to choose from.

The room was on the smaller side, and it would have been nice to have had more space, especially for storing our luggage. the sound insulation wasn't great, so we could occasionally hear noise from the street outside and from neighboring rooms.
