We were pleasantly surprised by the quiet area and lovely surroundings of Hotel Cieplice Medi & Spa. The works and investments that are being made in the hotel show a promising future. The location next to a beautiful park and close to the town center was convenient. The breakfast provided was what we expected and the staff at breakfast were friendly. The hotel also had a good mix of international tourists, which created a nice atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel for new year's eve and had a great experience overall. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options to choose from. The pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for our relaxation and enjoyment. Also, the hotel is situated in a great location surrounded by beautiful mountains which added to our delight.

The hotel definitely needs some updating. The lifts and keys were quite old and the staff at reception could have been more friendly and accommodating. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the room lacked basic amenities like a kettle or coffee machine, and the soaps were not replaced during our stay. Despite these shortcomings, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in the mountains.

Great hotel location near a beautiful park. Close proximity to renovated spa facilities and town center. Large and comfortable room with good amenities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good WiFi coverage. Plenty of activities in the area. Excellent skiing facilities nearby. Rich in history with restored castles and quality restaurants
