The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling main square, yet tucked away on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed, including hooks and mirrors in all the right places. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the option of choosing from a variety of delicious teas and coffees in the reception area. It was these small details that really enhanced my overall experience.

We were only a short walk away from the bustling Main Square and the convenience of the nearby train station made our sightseeing adventures effortless. The friendly staff, particularly Nadya, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even rearranging our rooms to accommodate our needs. The rooms were well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like tea and coffee facilities, comfortable beds, and a variety of toiletries in the clean and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, with a wide selection of dishes to satisfy different preferences.

There was a lack of mirrors and storage space in the rooms, making it a bit challenging for those needing to do their makeup or organize toiletries and personal items.

My stay at H12 was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many restaurants. The value for money was excellent, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The bathroom facilities were clean and fully functional, and I appreciated the daily replacement of free water. The air conditioner was a lifesaver, especially with the hot weather during my visit. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was definitely worth getting it included in the price. Highly recommended!

As women traveling alone, we felt at ease and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, exceeding our expectations. We particularly loved the quick bathtub fill-up time, perfect for the chilly Krakow winter. The hotel even provided a well-made baby cot and an extra towel for our little one, which made us feel even more comfortable and valued.

The water temperature in the room didn't always regulate properly, sometimes resulting in cold showers.

The staff were quite friendly, and the breakfast offered was good with a decent variety. the location was the best part, being right in the heart of the city with all the attractions within walking distance. the room was quite cozy.

Even though the hotel claimed to provide parking places, there was only one on the street, and it was a total hassle to find a private parking place. the hotel's reserved parking area was quite expensive, costing more than €20 per day, which is ridiculous.

The staff went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. I had an issue with a parking ticket and the receptionist personally called the police and accompanied me to resolve the situation. They truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel.
