Pleasantly situated just out of the city centre, this hotel boasts a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. The main square in the centre is just a short tram ride away, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. The rooms are clean and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast is satisfying with a variety of options to choose from. However, it's unfortunate that the receptionist had difficulty with the check-in process, causing an unnecessary delay upon arrival.

I had a great stay at Hotel Justyna in Krakow. The location was perfect, with the tram stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center in just 10 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized bathroom and plenty of plugs. The air conditioning and large fridge were convenient too. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center and with easy access to public transportation. The tram stop is right outside, allowing us to explore the city easily. The room itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The service, from the room service to the housekeeping, was top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, a great way to start our day exploring the city.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had a nice interior design and was clean. the staff were responsive and friendly. the hotel was located close to public transportation and restaurants.

The breakfast options were limited. the pillows were uncomfortable and there was a strange smell in the room.
