I am extremely pleased with my stay at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and cared for. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a cozy environment. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and creatively prepared. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, with a mall nearby. I have nothing to complain about and am thankful for the excellent service provided by the staff.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. the restaurant had good quality food and the location was perfect for my business trip as it was close to the industrial area. the price was reasonable, too.

My room didn't have any air conditioning and as the weather was hot, it was almost unbearable. the only option to cool down was to open the windows, but it was loud outside with restaurant and traffic noise, and I couldn't sleep properly.

The cook at the hotel made an effort to present the food nicely, which was a nice touch. The fact that there was a shopping center within a 15-minute walk was very convenient.

One of the staff members, a mature female, provided subpar customer service during my stay. She would often neglect to ask or provide customers with hot breakfasts, instead spending her time browsing the internet.
