Despite a few minor hiccups, our stay at Lord Krosno was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when they changed our room to a quieter one. The location was convenient with private parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good start to the morning, although it would have been nice if it was available until later on weekends. Despite the occasional celebrations, everything was in order and we would recommend this hotel.

My stay was disturbed by loud and unexpected celebrations held at the hotel, which made it impossible to work and rest properly. the lack of sound isolation combined with the rattling air conditioning and the broken coffee machines in the morning made my experience even worse.

We were traveling with our large dog and they made sure we had no issues navigating the hotel. Our room was spacious and the restaurant even offered to bring our food to our room since we arrived late. There was plenty of grass outside for us to walk our dog. The breakfast selection was impressive and exceeded our expectations. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
