The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, especially when it comes to the balcony and bathroom.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful surrounding area with enormous lakes. The facilities at the hotel were of a good standard and my partner enjoyed a fantastic body massage. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room, which had a lovely lake view and direct access to the garden. The hotel also catered well to families, with an indoor kids club, outdoor playground, and special kids menu available. it was a wonderful experience.

Bloodstained pillows, dirty carpets, and poorly cleaned rooms. Buffet food was unappetizing and poorly served.

This venue had impeccable luxury amenities, such as a tranquil spa and state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool. Our room was exclusive and had an amazing view of the beachfront. The location was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The sun terrace was a great spot for enjoying cocktails.

The breakfast selection was limited, which was a minor issue. Apart from this, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
