Amazing breakfast, large bathroom, and comfy bed in the apartment. Beautiful spa and playgrounds for kids. Friendly staff, great food, well-prepared spa, high-quality treatments, and great views. Perfect for elderly guests. Fantastic staff, perfect food, and location. Mother's needs were well-catered. Keen to return with family.

We had a lovely romantic escape in the mountains and the hotel was perfectly located for peaceful walks and stunning views. the food was amazing, and we enjoyed trying different cuisines every evening. the hotel had a fabulous wellness center with a beautiful swimming pool and top-notch facilities.

Although the hotel was wonderful, we found that parking was a bit of a hassle as there were limited spaces available. the bathrooms in the standard rooms were a bit small, which could be inconvenient for some people.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food provided was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the great restaurant on site that served food all day. The location of this hotel was perfect, nestled in the mountains with a stunning view. It was also very convenient as it was located near the ski slopes and the cable railway station to Jaworzyna Mountain.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
