I had the most incredible stay at Spa Dr Irena Eris in Polanica-Zdroj. The hotel's beautiful decor and comfortable rooms made me feel like I was in a grand hotel of the classic era. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill our requests, including bringing a second luggage stand to our room. The half-board dining experience was delightful with the main restaurant offering delicious food and the Decompresja restaurant providing a unique atmosphere. The spa services were top-notch, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the deck. The grounds of the hotel were perfect for relaxation, and we even took a stroll to the nearby town. The baked treats we received as we left were a sweet surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel! the location was perfect, close to a forest and park, which provided lovely walks. the breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. the staff was professional and helpful, offering bike rentals and a nanny service for children.

There were a few reserved staff members, but it did not affect our overall enjoyment. the internet connection was spotty at times.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness center, fantastic indoor swimming pool, sauna, and magnificent pools that offer pure relaxation. the service of the staff is top-notch, and they fulfill all luxurious needs. the rooms are spacious, with extra comfy beds and beautiful views. the breakfast exceeds expectations, with a full array of choices, and the restaurant offers delicious food. the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by the forest.

While the hotel provides excellent service, there was one minor issue which somewhat disturbed me. the soundproofing of the rooms is not very efficient, and the noise from the nearby rooms is audible.
