The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions and restaurants in the city. We were able to walk everywhere easily. the room size was reasonable, with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from, and we enjoyed starting our day with a filling meal. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the insufficient coverage provided by the quilt/blanket on the bed. Being a double bed, it was not enough for two adults, resulting in a discomfort during sleeping.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, right on the square and only a 3-minute walk from the main square. This was the best thing about it - being in the old town and just a 2-minute walk from the main market square. The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the main square as well as being within walking distance of many other sightseeing spots. It was also close to the train station, which was ideal for us as that's how we arrived in the city.

If you're thinking of visiting this city with your family, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and all the main attractions. We loved being so close to the market square and a large shopping mall. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing we didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of the main Christmas market, which was perfect for exploring the festive stalls and enjoying the holiday atmosphere. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even helped me arrange a tour to the nearby Christmas markets outside of the city.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about my stay. the room was not soundproofed very well.

Had a great xmas break at a hotel in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. the twin room was lovely, and the bathroom and shower were luxurious. We even received complimentary cake on arrival, which was a nice touch after a long journey.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. We were woken up a few times during the night by noise from the street below, although staying on a busy weekend might have contributed.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious twin room with a view over the rooftops and comfy beds. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the efficient service. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a classy atmosphere. The breakfast offered a good variety and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. we enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

The value for money at Unicus Krakow Old Town was exceptional. The room was spacious, luxurious, and recently renovated. The location was perfect, just off the main square, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more affordable options outside the hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the central location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection, and the provision of an iron and ironing board was convenient. The minibar and fridge in the room were a bonus.

the breakfast buffet was amazing, served in a beautiful cellar setting. the sauna was a nice touch, although the fitness room could use improvement. the location was great, with a helpful 24hr reception. i loved the heated bathroom floor, even though it may not be eco-friendly. overall, a great 3-day stay in the old town area, with clean and modern rooms and a highlight being the delicious breakfast spread. the staff was also very helpful with our tourist questions.
