The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions and right in the center of town. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with modern minimal decoration that adds to the overall aesthetic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room service breakfast is great. the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base for your stay in the city.

The hotel seems to be understaffed, which affects the speed of service and the availability of amenities. This inconsistency is a downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Our room had a breathtaking view of the city skyline, with high ceilings and a modern, stylish design. The massive bathroom had a natural feel, thanks to the great use of materials. The spa was a highlight, offering a steam room with pleasant scents, a clean sauna, and a pool with hydrotherapy jets. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of options including fresh avocado and freshly squeezed juices. The transfer service in comfortable Mercedes cars was an added bonus.

While the request for a credit card deposit during check-in left a small negative impression, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. The unfortunate noise from a private event hosted by the hotel on a Saturday night was an inconvenience, but the rest of the stay made up for it.

Outstanding interior decoration and comfortable beds. the hotel has a superb breakfast menu with great quality products. the location of the hotel made it easy to visit most of the tourist spots in the city.

Some of the staff did not offer excellent customer service. No bathrobes in the rooms, and the room we stayed in had a terrible view and lacked much-needed lighting.
