Quiet room, comfy bed & good shower. Excellent, friendly & helpful staff. Great location, 5 min walk to main square on small side street. Reception staff provided info on transport & restaurants. Best meal during our stay. Perfect hotel with superb accommodation & staff. Wonderful location.

I recently stayed at Hotel Wawel for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the main square, which allowed me to easily explore the area without any noise disruption. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The fridge in the room came in handy, although it didn't cool very effectively. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with a good variety of options including tasty scrambled eggs and sausages. a good hotel in a great location.

I recently stayed at Hotel Wawel for a short vacation with my partner. The moment we entered the hotel, we felt a warm and friendly atmosphere. The tiled floors in the reception hall and stairs added a touch of elegance. I appreciated the key card room doors and the absence of traditional keys. The beautiful decor in the orangery, stairwells, and restaurant created a pleasant ambiance. We loved the free tea/coffee machine in the orangery and the water cooler. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing us with directions, arranging taxis, and even lending me a travel adapter. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore both the main square and Wawel Castle. The restaurant served delicious traditional Polish dishes, and the jacuzzi and steam room were luxurious additions to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location near all the action. The room was comfortable, clean, and noise-free. The heating and air conditioning were the best I've seen in a hotel. The front desk was helpful and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was in a great spot, really close to all the main attractions and landmarks. the staff were very attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We were delighted with the complimentary bottles of water we received each day and the additional bonus of having a refrigerator in the room. the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food available and we loved the traditional decor of the hotel.

We found that the hotel lacked a toaster for toast lovers like ourselves. our room was a little on the small side, which made it difficult to move around in, but this didn't spoil our overall enjoyment.

The value for money at Wawel was excellent, with peaceful and relaxing rooms, and a very helpful and courteous staff. The location was perfect, being close to major attractions but still in a quiet area.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

This hotel is in the perfect location, nestled on a quiet street right in the center of the old city. You can easily walk to the main square in just a few minutes, making it ideal for exploring all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with huge sofas and very comfortable beds. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, including the bathroom which has a bath for a relaxing soak. The breakfast spread is impressive, catering to all nationalities with a wide variety of selections, including gluten-free options.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Wawel for 4 nights. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling square with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was lovely, one of the nicest I've stayed in, and the spa was a great bonus. Excellent value for money, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
