Exceptional breakfast, delightful spa area, and convenient location near downtown shopping. The swimming pool has beautiful decor, making it an underrated gem. The bar offers reasonably priced drinks in an opulent setting. Management could benefit by displaying prices for transparency. Lovely place overall.

Our stay at Hotel Wersal was truly a great value for the money. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a fabulous mountain view from the balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and yet very quiet at night. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful with maps and hiking suggestions.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the selection of beer and drinks at the bar. The buffet breakfast served delicious Italian and regional dishes. The hotel was also conveniently located near the entrance to the Tatra National Park.

The bathroom was a little lacking and the toilet was a bit dirty.

The breakfast buffet at Wersal offered a wide variety of delicious and energizing foods, perfect for a day of exploring Zakopane. We especially enjoyed the hot and cold dishes that were available. The staff was also very helpful in providing directions to local attractions and bus stops. While the hotel may be a bit far from the bus station for those with heavy bags, the location is great as it is near the pedestrian walkway and away from noisy areas. The balcony in our room provided a stunning view of a thunderstorm and added to our overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, helpful staff, and tasty breakfast.

My city break was great and I stayed in a cozy hotel for a very reasonable price. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping street and with a beautiful view of the mountains from my balcony. the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options of pastries, fresh fruit and hot dishes. I also appreciated the spacious and modern bathroom in my room.

The beds were a bit hard for my liking, but I still slept well after a long day of exploring. the room felt a little bit small but since I was out most of the time, it wasn't much of an issue.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although not central to the town, is quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and come with a big balcony that offers a magnificent view of the mountains.
