I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Zakopane area. The location couldn't have been better, with ski slopes right by the hotel and the center of Bialka just a short distance away. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small balcony to enjoy the mountain views. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of food to choose from.

All was perfect, no need for any improvements.

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade we received at Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa - Basen. The room had beautiful views, was incredibly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner were top-notch. I tried many dishes and everything was fresh and tasty. the staff was very friendly and attentive. the location was perfect for my needs. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed.

The room size was small and could have used a small fridge. I would have liked to have more options for TV channels in languages other than the local one.
