The hotel had a great location, close to the center and the beach, perfect for walking around and enjoying the Xmas lights. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. the Christmas dinner was fantastic, with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. the spa facilities were also a plus, with a sauna and jacuzzi available for guests.

The heating system didn't work properly, and it was freezing all night. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes, making it difficult to rest properly.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to the city center and the sea. It was also located in the outskirts of the industrial harbor, providing an interesting view. the staff was helpful and professional, and there were facilities such as a spa and a bowling alley available.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with worn-out bed linen and towels with holes.

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center. We loved the fact that we could park our car securely behind a fence. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful tips and recommendations. this place exceeded our expectations.
