Our recent city break hotel stay had a couple of complimentary features like free Wi-Fi and a warm, cozy room. One of the best aspects is that it's conveniently located near a train station and a shopping center with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

For one, we found the breakfast to be expensive, and the quality of food and drink in the hotel's restaurant area was lacking. Another disappointing aspect was the noisy room and the limited amount of towels provided for guests.

ibis exceeded my expectations during my stay in krakow. from the convenient location right behind the train station to the delicious breakfast with a variety of options, everything was top-notch. the staff was professional and friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable. even though the hotel was on a busy street, the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The comfortable bed guarantees a good night's sleep, and the abundant breakfast, with the added touch of extra painted eggs for Easter, is a delightful start to the day.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options to choose from and Agata, the breakfast room manager, made us feel extremely welcome. The hotel's location near the city centre was perfect, allowing us easy access to explore the Old City and the Galeria next door was a bonus. We had a great night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses after our long travel journey.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and old town. The staff, especially Adam and Greg, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff at Ibis was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the main train and bus stations, as well as a large shopping mall, just a stone's throw away. It was also convenient to get to the old town, either by a short 15-minute walk or by taking the tram that stops right in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the rooms, even when the windows were closed and the air conditioning was on. it was great value for money.
