Great customer service and efficient staff. We had a little issue with our room upon check-in, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. They were helpful and knowledgeable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The high-speed internet access met our expectations. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was delicious. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient, especially with the shuttle service available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel provided a free 24-hour airport shuttle service, which was extremely convenient, especially during the busy Christmas season. Another advantage was the spacious rooms and modern bathrooms, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was no restaurant either in the hotel or nearby, which was quite disappointing. the website advertised otherwise, but the reality was that they only served frozen dinners.

The bed was a bit hard, but I managed to sleep alright in the end. The view and surroundings of the hotel were not very appealing.
