I had a fabulous stay at Ingo Aparthotel in Krakow. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the main square. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had the most peaceful nights' sleep. The breakfast provided was more than enough to start my day, and I especially enjoyed the comfy bed. I also loved that there was a beautiful cocktail bar just a few doors down called MODIVO, which was definitely worth a visit. I had a great experience at Ingo Aparthotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a great value for the money at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a real bed for the extra guest. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and even arranged excursions for us.

The breakfast experience could be improved by adding tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. the staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to nearby places. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the coffee machine was a great addition. the area was peaceful at night, ensuring a restful sleep. I also loved the fact that there was a fantastic restaurant just around the corner, offering delicious food with a cozy atmosphere.

One drawback was the lack of noise insulation in the room. During the day, there was music school noise and at night, the street and restaurant noise could be heard.

Plus, it's on the edge of the old town so I easily found parking nearby. The room was simple but exactly what I needed for my first night in the city. The late arrival arrangements were perfect, even though I got a bit lost. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was ideal, just off the Main Square and close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast included a generous buffet and the option for scrambled eggs. excellent value for money and highly recommended.
