We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and just a short taxi ride away from the Christmas market. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful view over the canal and a kitchen area that provided tea, coffee, and water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a delicious selection of meals.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main squares, approximately a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, with some nice restaurants nearby. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a large size and a well-maintained refrigerator, kettle, and microwave. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The shower in the bathroom was quite small and could be tricky for those with ample proportions.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main square and close to the river and a lovely park. It was ideal for taking my dog for walks. The hotel was also very attentive to details, providing a code for the room instead of a physical key, which made it convenient when sharing with others. The rooms were in great condition, with comfortable beds and a cozy bathroom. The shower was strong and spacious. I also appreciated the basic cooking utensils in the room, which came in handy during my stay. The highlight was the breakfast with a stunning view overlooking the river.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

Conveniently located near the old town with great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Functional room with nice view. Friendly staff. Kitchenette is a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at the aparthotel. The rooms were beautifully presented, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The staff on the desk were really helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, with all major sites within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful view over the canal and the peacefulness of the area. The kitchen area provided tea, coffee, and water, which was great when coming in late. The bath in the middle of the room was immense and felt like a private mini spa. We would definitely stay at Joyinn again if we return.

Great location within walking distance of attractions and public transport. the room had basic cooking utensils which was helpful for a short stay. the keyless system was a nice touch and made access to the room hassle-free.

The shower was too small and the bathroom lacked natural light and privacy options. the beds were too soft and could be uncomfortable for some guests.

The location was perfect, right on the edge of the city center and overlooking a beautiful park. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a lovely seating area. The breakfast, although with limited options, was very tasty. We also appreciated the nice gift of pictures upon checkout. I highly recommend this hotel.
