Lovely hotel in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent restaurant on-site. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Jewish sites, with everything at hand. The room is small but clean and comfortable, with a nicely appointed bathroom. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, and the breakfast is delicious, with a wide assortment of food and made-to-order options. The view from the room is a pleasant surprise, adding to the charm of the hotel.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which may be a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Aparthotel Karmel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to the city centre and we didn't need to use public transport at all. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging tours and providing advice on getting around. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning which was a lifesaver during the heat wave. We also appreciated the complementary sparkling water provided after a hot day of exploring.

This hotel is situated in the charming Jewish Quarter, just a short distance from the historical center. The location is perfect for exploring the city's sights and attractions. The staff members were all friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well furnished and equipped with basic amenities, including a fresh bottle of sparkling water. The twin beds in our room were positioned end to end, creating a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Plus, the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

We had a great experience staying at a hotel in Kazimierz, it was close to all the attractions and located on a quiet side street. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was a bathroom breakdown upon our arrival, but they quickly arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel as a replacement. We didn't like the replacement hotel, so we returned to the original hotel the next day. To apologize for the inconvenience, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit, which was a very kind gesture. the reception at the hotel was also helpful, assisting us with printing our boarding cards and storing our luggage after check-out. They even arranged a cheap taxi to the airport for us. we would highly recommend this hotel in Kazimierz.

This hotel was a really great find for our city trip. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. the location was ideal, right in the heart of a vibrant and historic neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Plus, it was just a short walk away from all the top sights in the area.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of small downsides. the bed was a bit on the hard side, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep.
