He arranged for our lost camera to be returned and even covered most of the cost. The location was unbeatable, with a breathtaking view of the castle. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had top-notch amenities. Rafal was always available to assist with anything we needed, from arranging airport transportation to recommending local restaurants. a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.
