He arranged for our lost camera to be returned and even covered most of the cost. the location was unbeatable, with a breathtaking view of the castle. the apartment was beautifully decorated and had top-notch amenities. Rafal was always available to assist with anything we needed, from arranging airport transportation to recommending local restaurants. a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

It was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view over the square. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taking care of our needs. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. We also appreciated the high-quality furnishing and toiletries in the apartment.

The bedroom curtain could have been better, as the street lights outside caused some light to seep into the room at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep. Additionally, the lack of a lift in the building was a drawback, especially with luggage.
