We spent two days at Maly Krakow Aparthotel and it exceeded our expectations. the clean room with a private bathroom and kitchenette was exactly what we needed for our stay. the location was safe and convenient, right next to the train station. the staff were excellent and very helpful. the only minor drawback was that the reception was in a different building, which was a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage.

Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍

the staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. Despite being so central, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel also had a kitchenette in the room, which was convenient, and there were no stairs to navigate with luggage.

The room was simple but clean, with a private bathroom and a kitchenette, which was exactly what I needed for my short stay. The area felt safe, with gates that were locked at night. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk away from a shopping mall and the old town, offering plenty of opportunities for shopping and exploring.

100% Recommend this hotel.
