I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure hotel in Krakow. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the main attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that offered a nice view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a convenient underground parking garage, which was a big plus. I highly recommend the Mercure hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.

We stayed here for a few nights and this place was perfect for us. The hotel is located directly opposite a large shopping center, and we could walk everywhere we needed to go in the old town. It was also conveniently located right across the street from the main train station. The staff were extremely friendly and tried to help with every request, doing so in a wonderful professional manner. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed such as flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the main square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of tourist attractions and taking the time to walk us through it during check-in. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were great. I also appreciated the hotel's efforts to showcase the history and traditions of Krakow and Poland. They even arranged a free walking tour for guests, which was excellent. as a family with kids, we found the facilities and amenities to be top-notch.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints about our stay.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were of high standard, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. the food and drinks were excellent, especially the bagels and waffles, and there were nice little touches like shoe shining machines and a pretzel cart. the hotel was perfectly located, with a mall and train station across the street and an easy walk to the main square.

Some guests were allowed to have their dogs off-lead, which caused issues for guests with allergies and breathing problems. the lack of cheaper local vodka options was a downside.

The hotel is perfectly located opposite a large modern shopping mall and train station. It is on the edge of the old town and walking there would take only minutes. The area immediately round the hotel is both safe and perfect for walking. There are a number of very good restaurants near the hotel and the bar and restaurant in the hotel are very good. The hotel was immaculate, service first class and the room was perfect. There was a small minibar in the room and prices were very fair. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and after all of the walking in the city that was a major bonus.

had another amazing stay in krakow. mercure was even better this time. the staff were super helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and nice. the gym was well equipped, and the hotel's location was perfect, just across from the shopping centre. overall, exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the enchanting Old Town and across the street from a large shopping mall. The bar offers great service and the rooms are equipped with smart TVs. The hotel also provides excellent breakfast options and stunning views of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this newly opened hotel. the room was excellent, with triple-glazed windows that made the tram noise barely audible. the location was simply fabulous, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center. the breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the reception provided helpful and immediate attention. the baggage storage system was efficient, providing a ticket for every item. the staff were professional, well-trained, and friendly, with Barbara in the restaurant standing out as a fantastic employee. the hotel's location directly opposite the main train station was very convenient, and it was a pleasant stroll to the old town. I would gladly stay here again.

Mercure, the hotel where I stayed, had a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for the Welichka salt mines. the room was modern and comfortable, with twin beds that were wide enough and very comfortable. It was clean, spacious, and had amenities like a big closet, working desk, and sitting area. I loved the little touches in the room, like the electric kettle, wine glasses, and cute colorful mugs. Despite having an inner courtyard view, there was plenty of daylight in the morning. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the free bottled water in the gym.
