A charming hotel with a marvellous location just a stone's throw from the main rail station. The staff's hospitality and professionalism left a lasting impression, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The spacious and comfortable room was perfectly set up and smelled freshly renovated. The high quality furnishings, clean linen, and quiet atmosphere provided a relaxing stay. Additionally, the well-equipped bathroom offered modern amenities.

During our recent romantic getaway, we were pleased with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start our day.

We could hear noises from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. the Wi-Fi was not consistent, disconnecting frequently.

The hotel's location is superb, situated on a pedestrian street along the old town square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it is close to the city center, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The ventilation system in the rooms connects to neighboring rooms, resulting in a lack of privacy and the potential to hear conversations and noise from other guests.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Opole. the staff were fantastic, speaking both English and German, and always ready to assist. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with ample amenities and an excellent bathroom. I particularly loved the sizeable cups in the courtesy tray - such attention to detail! Lastly, the location was perfect, right in front of the train station and within walking distance of the city center and a few restaurants. A great value for money.
