We had a minor hiccup with our reservation, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue. They upgraded us to a higher-priced sister hotel and covered the extra cost. They even arranged for our airport pick up. The staff was apologetic and took care of everything seamlessly. The design and comfort of the room were exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious. The convenient location was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. When my hair dryer broke, they promptly fixed it within 5 minutes! I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and made me feel extremely welcome. They even helped me with directions to the city center and provided me with maps. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was exceptionally close to the castle, within a short walk to the main square, and right in the center of the old town. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included. the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The LED lighting in the room created an amazing atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were great and the location was convenient, being near the old town and Wavel Castle. I also enjoyed having coffee making facilities in the room and fresh fruit upon arrival. The hotel provided a mini bar and other extras. The restaurant and bar were also a plus. As a woman traveling alone, I felt comfortable and safe in this funky hotel with its modern facilities and color scheme. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide selection of foods and were served until late. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The rooms had amazing colour changing lights and were very clean. the breakfast offered pastries, fruit, toast, cooked eggs and meat, waffles and more! This aspect of our stay was definitely a highlight.

We were kept awake for two nights due to the noisy guests staying in the room next door. the hotel rooms themselves had thin walls and we could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms and corridors.

Arriving in Krakow, we were immediately impressed by the Leonardo Boutique Hotel. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with the old town square and Wawel castle just a short walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of having supermarkets, bakeries, and breakfast places nearby.
