The room was clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and a very comfy bed. The WiFi worked well, and we appreciated having coffee, tea, and water available for free. The hotel staff, especially the cleaning ladies and Maria in the restaurant, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We also loved the excellent breakfast and the great atmosphere in the restaurant during dinner. The hotel's free pool and sauna were a nice bonus, and we even got bathrobes and towels for free. for a very fair price, we enjoyed a fresh and clean hotel with all the facilities we needed, along with a good selection of craft beers at the bar.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the main square where you can enjoy the Christmas market. It is also close to the fair centre, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with comfortable beds and ambient lights. The breakfast is extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also offers various facilities like an indoor playground, gym, swimming pool, whirlpool, and saunas.

Housekeeping could be more consistent, as sometimes the rooms were not cleaned and the carpets could use a proper cleaning.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and even gave a toy to our little one at check-in. The breakfast was excellent and we had everything we needed in our room. The location was also perfect for us, as we were close to a very helpful supermarket and the main attractions of the city were just a short walk away.

Had a "lovely" experience at a 4-star hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. And the best part? They even had a locked safe in my room for extra security, which I obviously couldn't use!

Oh, and let's not forget the super helpful staff who refused to open the safe and the brilliant noise insulation in my room. Absolute perfection!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The location, opposite the Narodowa symphony theatre and Coal museum, was perfect for evening strolls. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of pastries and baked goods.

The hotel offers the highest level of service, just what I need to feel like a queen. The fitness center has everything I need to work off those extra afternoon tea calories.
