We were impressed by the quality of the food, especially dinner. Unlike other more expensive hotels, the dishes here were not only visually appealing but also delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The hotel personnel were extremely polite and helpful. The facilities for kids in the garden and the activities available for 4-7 year olds inside the hotel were a great addition. The hotel's location close to the tram station made it convenient for us to reach the city center within a few minutes, and it was also easily accessible from the A4 highway. Additionally, the cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel with clean rooms and a variety of breakfast options. The reception staff went above and beyond to provide helpful advice and make our stay comfortable. Despite some language barriers, their effort was impressive. The hotel restaurant was also great and affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Wroclaw and had a positive experience. The location was in a quiet residential area just outside the center, which made for a peaceful stay. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with polite and helpful employees. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. the hotel had a pool and a restaurant with good food and service.

The slow internet connection.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the high level of service provided. Secondly, the location was ideal - situated on the outskirts of the city, it was conveniently close to the exit of the A4 highway, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, the hotel was directly in the city center, allowing for easy exploration of all the attractions. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were great, with the added bonus of air conditioning and a comfortable queen-size bed. I also appreciated the convenience of having my own card for accessing the room.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

Great stay on my business trip! It was wonderful that the hotel was located close to the highway exit, making it easy for me to get where I needed to be. The room was very comfortable and clean, with excellent bathroom facilities. I also appreciated the fact that there was free Wi-Fi in the room.

That the parking wasn't free. It would be much more convenient if parking was included in the price of the room.

The hotel had a great location, close to the motorway which made it easy to get around. The surrounding area was also perfect for taking my dog on long walks. there were two features that I really appreciated during my stay - the comfortable beds and the free Wi-Fi. Having a cozy bed to sleep in after a long day of exploring was a definite plus, and being able to stay connected with free Wi-Fi made it convenient for planning my activities.
