As foreign tourists, we really appreciated the excellent coordination by the manager and staff members. They were always ready to help us whenever we needed assistance. The communication at this property was outstanding in every aspect. The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the main market square and offering all the amenities we needed.

The apartment was comfortable, centrally located, and had friendly owners. It had a beautiful view of the theatre, and was tastefully decorated and clean. It provided all necessary amenities, including toiletries and kitchen appliances. The location was quiet and close to the main square.

The morning meal could have been better. The breakfast vouchers provided were for a shake bar down the street that didn't serve typical breakfast meals.

I recently stayed at an amazing apartment in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the charming streets. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, and I could easily reach them through Whatsapp. The wifi worked perfectly, allowing me to conveniently work from the apartment. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place.

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay in Krakow. The apartment at Ok Apartments Old Town was situated right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main square and all the attractions. The street in front of the apartment was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from within a one-minute walk, and I especially loved the one below the apartment which served delicious food. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for myself and my teenage sons. The host who greeted us was friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process a breeze. I would highly recommend this apartment without any hesitation.

While I loved everything about the apartment, the only minor inconvenience I encountered was the TV channels all being in Polish. However, I easily resolved this by playing some music instead.

The location of Ok Apartments Old Town was absolutely amazing. Being right in the heart of the old town allowed us to easily explore and enjoy all the charm and history Kraków has to offer. Plus, having the US and German consulates nearby made us feel incredibly safe during our stay. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine with delicious coffee choices.

The apartment was fantastic! It had all the amenities you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was just a few steps away from the main square, restaurants, and bars. Plus, the castle and Wawel dragon were just a short walk away. the host was also very friendly and helpful, and I could easily contact them through WhatsApp if I needed anything.

The only negative aspect was that the TV channels were all in Polish, so I couldn't understand anything. However, it wasn't a big issue as I just put on some music instead.

What a fantastic experience all around. The location was right in the heart of the Old Town, just a minutes walk to tons of restaurants and activities. Our host, Chris, went above and beyond to make our stay even better. He waited for us despite our bus running late, let us store our luggage on the last day, and was easy to contact through WhatsApp. The apartment was clean, the WiFi worked seamlessly, and all eight of us were very comfortable staying here. It was excellent value for money. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.
