The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the old town and Kazimierz. The surrounding area had plenty of lively clubs for entertainment. The room was clean, the bathroom was excellent, and we always had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a wide selection of channels. The staff, especially Olga, went above and beyond to help us with our transportation issues. Olga's assistance and excellent English made our stay much easier. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information about local life.

Great location, just a few steps away from bars, clubs, subway store, and cafes. Helpful staff ready to answer any question. the apartment was clean and spacious, with a safe in the room for valuable belongings.

The noise from bars and cafes at night can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. the bed pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, and the TV only had BBC news in English.

The hotel is extremely well located, just off the main square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with arranging trips or taxis. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms and daily housekeeping. Additionally, the breakfast included option is a great value for money.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was so close to the city center and just off the main market square. We were able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants easily. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a table and chairs for dining.

The towels in the room were quite old and had unravelling edges, which definitely could have been improved.
